Psychiatric Evaluation & Medication Management
Our psychiatric team provides comprehensive evaluations and ongoing medication management.
- Evaluation & treatment planning: whole‐person review of symptoms, history, and goals
- Medication management: shared decisions, monitoring benefits/side effects, and safety education
- Collaboration: works closely with your therapist, primary care, and support team.

Behavioral Support for ID/DD (PBS & BSPs)
Positive Behavior Support (PBS) focuses on understanding the “why” behind behaviors and teaching skills that work at home and in the community.
- Functional assessment & plan: develop a Behavior Support Plan (BSP) with clear strategies and safety steps
- Skill building: communication, self‐regulation, daily living, and community participation
- Coaching & training: we coach caregivers and staff to use supports consistently, then track outcomes
