Our services are available to residents throughout Alabama, including Mobile, Baldwin, Jefferson, Madison, Montgomery, and nearby counties.
CWP Waiver Counties
In addition to our general service areas, we also provide services under the Community Waiver Program (CWP) in the following counties: Baldwin, Elmore, Houston, Jefferson, Limestone, Madison, Mobile, Montgomery, Morgan, Tuscaloosa, and Walker.
