We provide safe rides to your medical visits. Our vehicles have lifts/ramps, wheelchair tie‐downs, and trained drivers.
ADA‐Equipped Vehicles & Securement
Ride with confidence. Our fleet supports ambulatory and wheelchair users with:
- Wheelchair lifts/ramps and four‐point tie‐downs with occupant restraints (secured per 49 CFR 37.165 and best practices).
- Pre‐trip safety checks, seat‐belt use, and securement verification before moving.
- Trained drivers (CPR/First Aid, defensive driving, safe passenger assistance, wheelchair securement).
- Service animals are welcome. Under the ADA, service animals are permitted; a vest or special ID is not required.
Service Areas & Hours
We provide scheduled NEMT in Mobile County and Baldwin County, including Mobile, Prichard, Saraland, Daphne, Fairhope, Spanish Fort, Foley, and Gulf Shores.
- Operating Hours: Mon–Sat, 6:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. (after-hours by arrangement)
- Advance Notice: Please schedule ≥ 2 business days ahead.
- Medicaid rides (NET): If eligible, call 1-800-362-1504 to request payment for Medicaid-covered appointments (ideally ≥ 5 days ahead).

Use our secure form: HIPAA‐Secure Online “Request a Ride” form (encrypted). We’ll confirm details and availability by phone or email.
Medicaid users: Call 1‐800‐362‐1504. For after‐hours urgent care, call NET the next business day to apply for payment.
Cancellations/No‐Shows: Please notify us 24 hours before pick‐up so we can reassign vehicles and keep on‐time performance high.
Emergencies: Call 911. Mental health or substance‐use crisis in Alabama, dial 988 anytime.
